Trekking in Thailand!

Sorry this has taken me so long but here is Asia Trekking 2010! I will do a series of posts to take you through my Asia travels! This is Southern Thailand and I spent a glorious week there. The first place we stayed was in a beach hut on Northern Phuket! It was amazing and there was almost no one on the beach! Loved it!
The view from our beach bungalow!

Relaxing on an almost deserted beach!
We did a half-day sea kayaking tour through the mangrove forests! Some monkeys even hopped onto the canoes as we paddled by!

PIRATES!

MONKEYS! Gotta love em...and they love foreigners!

I love Thai food! Especially Mango sticky rice!

Exhausted on the train into Malaysia! Probably my best picture yet!

We also did two different dives off of the Phi Phi islands...and it was incredible. Our dive included black-tipped reef sharks, a turtle, cuttlefish, lionfish, a giant moray eel, and many other incredible fish and varied sea-life! I LOVE diving! Southern Thailand is amazing and I would recommend it for everyone!
